Ordering
How do I place an order?
Both private and business customers can easily place an order by clicking the button by the desired product and adding it to cart.
Can I change my order?
Changes are possible as long as your order has not been processed in our warehouse and you have not received a shipping confirmation. In that case, please contact us via email as soon as possible.
How do I cancel my order?
Cancellation is possible as long as your order has not yet left our warehouse. Has the order already been shipped? Then you can refuse the package upon delivery or return it via our returns process.
IK did not receive an order confirmation, now what?
Please check your spam folder first. Still haven’t received anything after an hour and the amount has been debited? Please contact us. There may be an error in the email address you provided.
Shipping & delivery
What are the shipping costs?
For orders under €100,- shipping costs are €7,50 within the Benelux. Orders of €100,- or more are shipped for free. We also ship to Luxembourg (€11.00 shipping), Germany (€9.50 shipping), Austria (€12.50 shipping) and France (€12.50 shipping). We cannot ship to other countries (yet).
What is the delivery time?
Orders placed on weekdays before 2 p.m. are usually delivered the next day. Weekend orders are shipped on Monday.
Can I pick up my order at a DHL point?
Yes, during the checkout process you can select a DHL pickup point. As soon as your package is ready there, you will receive an email. The package is usually available the next business day from 4 p.m. and will remain ready for you for 7 days. Don’t forget to bring a valid ID when picking up your order.
How do I change my delivery address?
If you have not yet received a shipping confirmation from DHL, please contact us to update the address. Have you already received a shipment confirmation? Then you can change the delivery address via the “Change Delivery” option in the DHL Track & Trace. If the package is already too far along in the delivery process, a change of address is unfortunately no longer possible. In that case, the package will be automatically returned to us and we will provide a refund of the purchase price within 5 working days.
Return
Can I return a product?
Yes, you can return a product provided it is unused and in its original packaging.
What is the reflection period?
You have a 14-day cooling-off period from the time you receive the product.
Can I exchange a product?
Exchanges are not possible because returns and orders go through separate processes. We advise you to return the unwanted product. As soon as we receive it, we will refund you. You can reorder the desired item in the meantime.
Who pays the return costs?
The cost of the return will be borne by the buyer. If we have delivered an incorrect product, we will of course assume the full cost and provide an appropriate solution.
When will I receive my refund?
As soon as we receive your return, we will take care of the refund within 2 working days. The speed of the refund depends on the payment method you used. Did you pay by credit card? Then we ask you to share your IBAN number for faster processing.

You can pay safely and easily through our webshop. We offer several payment methods, including iDEAL, PayPal, credit card and postpayment.
Is paying through your webshop safe?
Yes, all transactions go through a secure SSL connection, recognizable by the lock icon in your browser. This ensures that your data is sent encrypted and protected from unauthorized access.
How can I change my invoice?
Want to change something on your invoice? Please send us an e-mail with your order number and indicate what change you would like. This can be done within 30 days of the invoice date. You will then receive an updated invoice by e-mail.
My invoice is not correct, what should I do?
Is something not right on your invoice? Please send us an e-mail with your order number and indicate what is incorrect. We can correct it within 30 days of the invoice’s creation date. You will then receive a corrected invoice from us.
IK did not receive my invoice, now what?
Didn’t receive your shipping confirmation and is it not in your spam folder? Then please contact our customer service. We will gladly send the confirmation to you again.

What does "readily available" mean?
If a product is “Immediately Available,” it means that it is in stock and can be shipped immediately. Orders placed on weekdays before 2 p.m. are usually delivered the next day.
What does "Temporarily sold out" mean?
When a product is displayed as “Temporarily Sold Out,” it means that it has already been ordered from our supplier and we expect it back in stock soon. The product will be available to order again immediately in our webshop as soon as it becomes available.
